Reinforcer Assessments
For supervisors in ABA, practicum supervision can be such a rewarding and exciting endeavor! And, boy can it be overwhelming! Where does one start? How do you ensure you’re addressing all the skills, giving a balanced and comprehensive experience to your future behavior analyst?
This project is part of a curriculum of projects where I've taken the entire Task List (V6) and broken it down in practical, do-able learning opportunities, with differentiated instruction (Basic, Moderate, and Advanced learning levels). Each project in the curriculum includes a breakdown to the Task List items and soft skills the project is likely to cover; a scoring sheet for all related skills in the project; and a progress tracking page.
Reinforcer Assessment: Often a skill that is overlooked, reinforcer assessments can be easily confused with preference assessments. This project aides the practicum student with identifying the relevant differences in not only processes and purpose, but practical outcomes as well.
