Program Management + DBD

$5.00

For supervisors in ABA, practicum supervision can be such a rewarding and exciting endeavor! And, boy can it be overwhelming! Where does one start? How do you ensure you’re addressing all the skills, giving a balanced and comprehensive experience to your future behavior analyst?

This project is part of a curriculum of projects where I've taken the entire Task List (V6) and broken it down in practical, do-able learning opportunities, with differentiated instruction (Basic, Moderate, and Advanced learning levels). Each project in the curriculum includes a breakdown to the Task List items and soft skills the project is likely to cover; a scoring sheet for all related skills in the project; and a progress tracking page.

Program Management + DBD: Once a practicum student is secure in the foundations of ABA from a supervisors level, I suggest running this project. It asks them to bring a multitude of skills together in a very commonplace practice for BCBAs: managing a case. This is everything from preparing for a learner or client to start services; to managing materials; updating and reviewing data on graphs; identifying and addressing barriers to progress; and even closing out programs with generalization and maintenance.
